The inspection process is executed with the greatest care in four different stages. The strawberries are first individually and manually destemmed and inspected before being washed and diced, sliced or quartered, as required. After this detailed cleaning process, the strawberries are individually quick frozen (IQF), once again inspected and packed into cardboard boxes. They are then ready to be shipped directly to customers around the world or to cold storage facilities in the Netherlands. As per the customer’s specifications, the strawberries can also be statically frozen, with our without sugar.
